Challenge
TTA needed to grow their online audience and create awareness for their member establishments. They had a limited social footprint and need to increase their web traffic.
Strategy
Train the TTA in-house marketing team to better understand social media marketing. Intensify their social media presence to promote better channel engagement.
Approach
We optimised TTA’s existing platforms and added two additional platforms Instagram and Twitter. We increased outbound content, which in turn increased channel engagement across the board
Results
Tsitsikamma Tourism Association has seen great results!
The online reach and growth of the audience has been exponential and continues to grow even during the COVID-19 pandemic that has all but quashed travel dreams of wanderlusters around the world.
